Little Rusty - Studio II

I went to Chris hero's 9am to noon workshop after the Helms Bakery.  I went last week too.  I am definately rusty with my figure drawing but I guess that is why you go to get yourself back into it.  We had a model Damian who did a lot of amazing poses. After five 5 minute poses Chris does twenty minute poses for the rest of the session. I toned my paper last night so I could use my erase out method.  Hopefully next week I well get a little better.  I am going to copy some Bridgeman try to figure some anatomy stuff out.

Meltdown Comics - Pirate Pose

Linda and I went to our normal Meltdown Comic Monday night drawing session.  This is the first time I have been there when there was a male model.  This model was in a pirate costume with a hook.

Tibetan Singing Bowls - Sound Yoga

I never had heard of it before last week but today I did a meditation led by my instructor Dr. John Casey using Tibetan singing bowls.

We met at Gwen's apartment in Venice Beach.  Dr.  Casey led an hour meditation where he placed the bowls on my chest and abdomen during different times in the mediation.  At one point I had two bowls on me but I never had three like in this picture.
Sometimes the bowls were close to my ear.  I am not sure how close because my eyes were closed the whole time.
I was happy he put a bowl on my heart because I am trying to get over a lot of heartbreak right now.
