Persian Delights

Went to Gallery Girls Persian Delights formerly known as Turkish Delights.  It's always a good time.  Haven't been drawing a lot (or at all) lately.  Trying to get my hand back into it.

Cleopatra Pose at the Daily Dose Cafe on Industrial

Linda and I went to the 2 hour drawing session sponsored by Gallery Girls at the Daily Dose.  The theme was Cleopatra.  Here is my work. So far I have fulfilled my commitment to figure draw once a week for over a month,

 I was very pleased with these last two watercolor sketches.

Costumed Figure Drawing - Around LA

Went drawing near LACC with Linda a couple of weeks ago.  There was a vague Betty Boop theme.

Tonight drawing at the Daily Dose Cafe.  I am not exactly sure what the theme was - maybe something Manga.

Meltdown - Not so great

These are the best of a bad lot aI did at Meltdown last week.  It wasn't so great a session for me oh well.

I am listening to John Fowles "The Magus" on audiobooks and I saw the Hokusai exhibit at Lacma yesterday it was very inspirational.

Meltdown Comics - Pirate Pose

Linda and I went to our normal Meltdown Comic Monday night drawing session.  This is the first time I have been there when there was a male model.  This model was in a pirate costume with a hook.
