Air Element Meditation


Begin inhaling through the nostrils and exhaling through the mouth.

Count to four as you Inhale and feel the air that comes through your nostrils.

Count to two as you hold the air at the top.

Count to four as you exhale through your mouth.

Count to two as you hold your breath.

Repeat.

Breathe in (1,2,3,4)

Hold (1, 2) Pay attention to the movement of breath in the nostrils and out the mouth.

Breathe out (1, 2, 3, 4)

Hold (1, 2)

Do this a couple of times. Be conscious of our center… the cradle of life within.

Breathe in (1, 2, 3, 4), Think of the life giving oxygen that the body needs. Be thankful for Air
element the element of life.

Hold…(1, 2) Breathe out (1, 2, 3, 4), Any sadness that you stuck inside of you.  Release it and see it floating in the air.

Hold…(1, 2)

Breathe in (1, 2, 3, 4), Think of the moments that you have experienced love

Hold (1, 2)

Breathe out (1, 2, 3, 4), Release any thoughts loneliness

Hold (1, 2)

Breathe in (1, 2, 3, 4), Think of the nourishing relationships in your life

Hold (1, 2)

Breathe out (1, 2, 3, 4), hurtful thoughts or experiences that have found refuge in the chambers of
your heart.

Hold (1,2)

Breathe in (1, 2, 3, 4), Green light to illumine all the love and compassion with in you

Hold (1, 2)

Breathe out (1, 2, 3, 4), Green light to heal any heartbreak

Hold (1, 2)

Breathe in (1, 2, 3, 4), Love

Hold (1, 2)

Breathe out (1, 2, 3, 4) Compassion

Hold (1,2)

Breathe in (1, 2, 3, 4), Love

Hold (1, 2)

Breathe out (1, 2, 3, 4) Compassion

Hold (1,2)

Come back to natural breathing
